Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Policy (UK)

• Standard Shipping – Any order up to 300g will be sent out via Royal Mail standard delivery.
• Tracked – Any order over 300g will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

 International Shipping Policy

• Standard Shipping - Any order up to 300g will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard delivery.
• Tracked Shipping - will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Please note: In the unlikely event that your parcel should not arrive, we will only resend the order if the tracked option was selected at check out.
